🏫 School & Community Outreach
Our School & Community Outreach Program strengthens the systems surrounding girls to ensure long-term, sustainable change. We recognize that girls thrive when families, schools, and communities work together.
School-Based Programs
We partner with schools to deliver programs that support girls’ education and wellbeing. These include:
- Menstrual health education sessions
- Pad Bank establishment and management
- Girl-focused clubs and mentorship activities
- Teacher training to support menstrual-friendly learning environments
Our goal is to reduce absenteeism, improve retention, and create schools where girls feel safe, supported, and confident.
Parent and Community Engagement
Parents and community members play a critical role in shaping girls’ experiences. We actively engage them through:
- Community meetings and dialogue sessions
- Parenting education on adolescent health and development
- Awareness programs on the importance of girls’ education
These engagements build understanding, trust, and shared commitment to supporting girls’ dignity and rights.

Advocacy for Girl-Friendly Policies and Supportive Environments
We advocate for policies and practices that protect and promote the rights of girls at school and in the community. Our advocacy efforts focus on:
- Access to menstrual products and hygiene facilities in schools
- Safe, private, and hygienic sanitation infrastructure
- Inclusion of menstrual health in education and community programs
- Policies that prioritize girls’ education, health, and wellbeing
By influencing systems and structures, we ensure that progress is not only immediate but lasting.
